Conflict resolution is a big issue when it comes between you and colleague at the work. To avoid conflict in work you should follow this strategy. First, Assume that you misunderstand an idea in a project between you and your workmate at some areas that you have to cover. Therefore, what you have to do that try to negotiate and lesson to each point of views. Second, If you are resent with your workmate because of his style, try to solve this problem by sitting with him and talk about it. Third, if you are at workplace and you reveal that your friend is taking advantage of you, so remain calm and try to find the truth. Don’t be hasty when you making a decision or judgment about someone. Finally, be careful at work, do not share your social status or any personal information to anyone. Try to identify whose worthy to be not just a work mate but a friend who care. Work is all about working as group and how to deal with each other and solve problems.
